Privacy for studio correspondence

This notice explains the information used when you send a note through bexoruniq.info. Updated 15 October 2026.

What enters the inbox

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. A successful submission is saved in this website’s private server-side inbox together with a reference and receipt time. The handler also records a one-way sender hash derived from the network address for basic abuse control.

Include only what is needed to explain the photographic question. The form does not accept image uploads, payment details or account credentials.

Why the information is kept

Correspondence is used to review the question, understand any follow-up and protect the form from repeated automated submissions. Sending a note does not subscribe you to marketing. The form stores a message; it does not automatically send an email.

Browsing and temporary state

The guide loads its interface files from this site. It contains no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Exercise filters and checklists run in your browser and are not added to your message.

When you submit, a necessary session cookie supports request verification. The hosting environment may maintain technical access or error logs; those are separate from the contact record.

Access, retention and requests

Inbox files are protected from direct web access and are intended for the site operator’s handling of correspondence. There is no automatic deletion schedule in the form software. Records should be retained only while needed for the enquiry or legitimate operational obligations.

For a correction, access question or deletion request, use the contact page and include your submission reference if available. Avoid repeating sensitive details. Verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.
